Integral Logistics, LLC, dba The Lotus Group warrants the mechanism of your Lotus lighter to be free from mechanical defects under normal use according to our instructions. All of our warranties cover mechanical parts only, and exclude damages resulting from accident, misuse, tampering, or abuse.
This warranty DOES NOT cover faults occurring through repairs, or natural wear and tear, or the use of low-quality gas refills. The outer case finishes are not covered by this warranty. The warranty is only valid for the return by the customer directly to the Lotus repair center.
Integral Logistics, LLC, dba The Lotus Group offers this warranty in lieu of all other express warranties, any warranty implied by law including warranties of merchantability or fitness is in effect only for the duration of the express warranty set forth in the first paragraph above. Integral Logistics, LLC, dba The Lotus Group, its’ officers or staff will not be held liable for any consequential damages from the use of Lotus lighters.

CIGAR CUTTER AND PUNCH INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
Do not insert your thumbs or fingers into the cutter at any time. Serious injury may occur. Keep out of reach of children. For use by responsible adults only.
CIGAR INSTRUCTIONS
Hold the cutter between your thumb and forefinger. Open the blade by releasing the lock mechanism or by lifting the top handle. Insert the tip of your cigar into the cutter opening. Press firmly on the edge of the cutter. Be sure to hold the cigar and cutter straight for a clean, even cut.
PUNCH INSTRUCTIONS
To punch the end of your cigar, hold the closed end of the cigar firmly with one hand. Press the punch firmly into the center of the end of the cigar. Be sure to hold the cigar so that the punch hole is centered and even.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
We recommend that you periodically clean your cutter. For best results, spray compressed air around the lock mechanism and on the punch springs. Open and close the cutter and punches several times while you spray them with air to remove all the debris from the cutter. Blades may be cleaned using rubbing alcohol and a soft cloth.
