REPAIR RETURN INFORMATION BY MAIL

Mailing instructions for your lighter(s) and cutter(s) 

"Please make every effort to service the lighter yourself before submitting a repair."  Please enclose the following with your Lotus or Vertigo lighter(s) and/or Lotus cutter(s):

  1. Your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
  2. Please be sure to remove all the butane gas from your lighter before returning it for repair. Hold the lighter in a vertical, upright position. Depress the filler valve with a small screwdriver or bleed tool, until all fuel is expelled and the hissing stops. Shake lighter, then repeat to ensure it is completely bled/empty.
  3. The warranty fee is waived for purchases made within the last 60 days.  Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required. After 60 days, the warranty fee will apply.
  4. Description of the problem or defect.
  5. For payments within the United States, the charges are as follows: $15.00 for Lotus Lighters, $15.00 for Lotus Cutters, and $10.00 for Vertigo Lighters. We accept Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.  Please call to provide your payment information. IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD: Please provide your phone number so we may contact you once the lighter is received for your payment details. Make checks payable to: The Lotus Group/Integral.
  6. Mailing: We recommend sending it by registered mail or via FedEx or UPS. Please use a sturdy cardboard outer container. We are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due shipments.

    **"Lighters and Cutters sent to us without payment will not be processed, unless the product was purchased in the last 60 days, and a copy of your sales receipt is included with your return. If payment is not provided in 90 days, your lighter or cutter will be discarded."**
